Color Theory Freeze red, yellow, and blue ice cubes (made with water and food coloring). Choose two colors and allow to melt together in a tub to see what color is made. Or make a rainbow in 6 glasses: all red cubes, half red & half yellow cubes, all yellow cubes, half yellow and half blue cubes, all blue cubes, half blue and half red cubes. Pour warm water in each glass and stir until all the cubes are melted! Make red, yellow, and blue play dough. Let kids do what they do best - mix it up! Check out the book Mix It Up by Herve Tullet.
